Full Job Description

As our Internal Communications Manager you'll be responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal communication strategy to enhance employee engagement, promote company culture, and facilitate seamless information flow within iomart.

This is a pivotal role to ensure successful implementation and design of the company intranet platform, managing the platform and the content delivery ensuring it serves as a central hub for accessing important information and fostering collaboration among employees.

  • Are degree qualified in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Have proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably in a large organisation.

  • Can demonstrate expertise in managing intranet platforms, such as SharePoint, Yammer, or similar tools.

  • Have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and communication channels.

  • Are a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling.

  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

    Salary: £up to 60K depending on experience + benefits
