Investment Operations Administrator

Meraki Talent are seeking an Investment Operations Administrator to join an existing team in Glasgow.

As part of this established team, you will be supporting with all aspects of operational administration for products including; equities, bonds and unit trusts, cash products.

Key duties will include;

• Managing a shared mailbox and allocation of work items
• Working to set KPI’s and meeting set SLA’s
• Liaising with internal and external parties, ensuring a professional approach at all times
• Processing reconciliations
• Investigating breaks
• Contributing effectively to team meetings

 This is a busy and varied role, within a fast paced and demanding environment, therefore essential that applicants can respond and work effectively ensuring demands are met. Within this role, it is imperative that the client is met with the highest standard of service, and applicants can respond to clients promptly and professionally.

Applicants should have gained Financial Services exposure.
