IT Business Systems Manager

Exciting senior IT role available focussing primarily on the business’ systems and ensuring they support the business as required to get maximum value.

You will be responsible for all company digital business systems, from integration planning and implementation through to support, maintenance and continual improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide integrated solutions for digital business systems to help support the business
• Take ownership of the company's primary business systems, including development, administration, and maintenance, using a hands-on approach.
• Actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of business and technological processes by seeing areas for improvement and putting new ideas into practice.
• Carry out market research to evaluate and propose new system solutions that will enhance the capacity of the company both now and in the future.
• Take part in creating and refining the company's IT strategy.
• Develop workflows and applications.
• Arrange and supervise the rollout of improvements and system updates.
• Closely collaborating with the members of the business systems team, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
• Create, manage, and nurture partnerships with other parties in addition to developing, observing, and managing SLAs.
• Establish strong working ties with every department of the company.
• Collaborate with the user base to ensure that the software-based business systems of the organisation are developed and used effectively.

If you have experience of working in a similar level, ideally with some Team Lead/Management experience then I would be keen to hear from you. A strong working knowledge of SQL databases and ERP systems would also be massively beneficial.
