Full Job Description

To support in the delivery of applications through the Microsoft Power Platform. As a member of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) you will play a key part in supporting many Microsoft 365 applications, primarily focusing on the Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive.

The ECM team is compiled of 7 members with the majority of them progressing through the apprentice/graduate path.

Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate. Attitude is far more important to us, we would welcome a candidate who is keen to develop and progress.

We are flexible around the start date, we are happy for placements to commence once examinations are complete.

What you'll be doing

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting with

  • Develop, test and release applications using the Microsoft Power Platform

  • Introduce automation using Microsoft Power Automate

  • Assist in implementing best practice for information and document management

  • Gather requirements from business users, make recommendations and estimate the effort to complete the work

  • Trouble shoot and quickly identify defects and risks

    Demonstrates the Balfour Beatty behaviours (Energy, Execute, Edge, Excite, Empower, Empathise)

  • Work collaboratively within a team of 7 Solution Analysts in the UK to deliver PowerApps, Power Automate and solutions.

  • Support and maintain the Balfour Beatty SharePoint Online estate

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Passionate about what they do

  • Logical thinker with ability to solve problems
