IT Operations Apprentice

+ Responding to system-triggered alerts on supported customer and in-house systems
+ Diagnosing hardware failures
+ Restarting services and managing initial troubleshooting steps for incidents
+ Triaging automated alerts from customer systems and prioritizing them based on severity
+ Logging new incidents and alarms with appropriate priority levels
+ Ensuring timely responses and resolutions within contracted SLAs
+ Collaborating with team members to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently
+ Providing exceptional customer service throughout the incident management process
+ Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Team

Future prospects:

At the end of the apprenticeship, we'll offer you a guaranteed permanent role with a starting salary of £27,300, provided you complete your probationary period and qualification.
