We’re currently offering an exciting role for an IT/Applications Support Analyst to join our friendly Production Management team and work at the heart of one of the world’s leading universities. The role involves helping to support a variety of applications and offers a competitive salary of £39,347 – £46,974pa. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with weekly anchor days worked on-campus in Edinburgh and the rest from home. The team would prefer full-time working hours (35hrs per week), but are committed to offering flexibility, so part-time hours or other flexible working options, i.e. compressed hours or staggered start/finish times, will be considered.

What the job involves:
• Providing high quality technical support for corporate applications and working with colleagues and business partners across areas to ensure the smooth running of LIVE systems primarily under Student/Academic services (E.g.: Tribal SITS)
• Contributing specialist business and technical expertise to project teams ensuring that new IT systems and facilities are introduced successfully with minimal risk to the ongoing operation of university business
