IT Systems Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Support Engineer to work as part of The Church of Scotland, IT team to provide support for both onsite and offsite requests. To effectively assist end-users and maintain our core applications and services, you will require a combination of technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within an IT technical environment. Demonstratable working knowledge of Microsoft cloud and Office 365 environments. As well as excellent communication skills and organisational skills you will have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
