Janitor / Caretaker

As a Janitor/Caretaker at Sodexo in Queen Anne High School - Dunfermline, you will be part of a team that encourages growth through the the ranks of the business. This role needs amazing interpersonal skills to help build relationships with fellow team members and patrons of the site and most importantly make an impact with with your everyday actions. What you'll do:

• Managing Security of the building and managing keys


• Water Temperature checks onsite


• Painting and decorating


• Carry out routine checks of toilet facilities and main areas of the school


• Provide proactive and helpful support to cleaning staff



• Respond to all Sodexo helpdesk calls in a timely manner


• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks onsite


• Once fully trained Participation on on call rota is required ( 1 week in 4 ), along with callout allowance
  
  Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude


• Able to work on your own Initiative


• Customer focused role - good customer service skills


• Demonstrate helpful attitude at all times
