Summary


USAVE UTILITY CONTRACTS is a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist. We presently manage on behalf of our customers energy contracts in excess of £150m per annum. We aim to create and build solid long term professional relationships with our new and existing customers. Our highly skilled team has over 50 years of combined experience in simplifying utilities - whether it be by reducing utility costs, through the streamlining of processes, eliminating wasteful usage or by assisting with dispute resolution with suppliers. We pride ourselves in offering all of our clients the very best of advice, customer service and care.


Key Responsibilities


·      Responsible for client delivery of Bureau Services such as invoice validation, queries, contract transfers and portfolio management.

·      Liaise with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve any client queries quickly

·      Manage client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is being followed

·      Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies

·      Delivering all the clients administration needs

·      Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan

·      Assist with maintaining documentation - operating procedures & templates, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals


Skills and Experience Required


·      Evidence of I.T. skills. Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook

·      Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis

·      Strong analytical skills are required to absorb complex information in relation to energy tariffs, the energy sector and the legislative requirements

·      Good administration skills and attention to detail

·      Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
