Kitchen Assistant

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Kitchen Assistant role is vital to the success of the business to keep the engine room running and help us provide fun and memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include assisting the kitchen team where necessary from washing pots and pans to ensuring our kitchens are cleaned to a high standard and helping with food prep. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of the kitchen and it's a real grassroots exposure to a chef's life and key to your development in this world if that is your wish. Shifts are a mix of days and evenings, food service runs 12 - 9pm.

Some hospitality experience is preferred.
