Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef

Portpatrick Dunskey Golf Club is looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef to be part of out team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Duties will include:

• Keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness, washing of dishes via dishwasher and overall maintaining of busy kitchen environment.


• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.


• Assisting Chef with basic food preparation.

It is essential that the candidate can work evenings and weekends and has a flexible approach to duties required to be undertaken.
