Kitchen Porter

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Kitchen Porter to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.,

• Operate dishwasher to clean crockery and cutlery.


• Carry out cleaning tasks including washing pots and pans and cleaning food preparation areas and equipment.


• Unload food deliveries.


• Ensure all work surfaces, walls and floors are clean and sanitised.


• Carry out any additional duties instructed by the Head Chef.
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however consideration will be given to those with the right attitude looking for their first hotel role


• Able to work some evenings & weekends


• A friendly and polite demeanour
