Full Job Description

Escape Recruitment is seeking a Lean Projects Coordinator to Join their clients team based in Kirkcaldy. As the Lean Projects Coordinator (Engineering), you will oversee a diverse array of continuous improvement initiatives, guiding them from inception to fruition. Your responsibilities will encompass data collation and analysis, enabling informed managerial decision-making. You will identify opportunities for enhancement across cost, delivery, and quality parameters, spearheading their implementation. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in disseminating Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) knowledge and techniques across departments to facilitate goal attainment. Ensuring sustained improvement, you'll also contribute to the development and maintenance of pertinent metrics while upholding regulatory compliance in all operational facets.,

  • Actively participate in Lean Manufacturing Projects and Auditing as a collaborative team member.

  • Advocate and embody the principles of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Lean Manufacturing.

  • Exhibit vision by transforming proactive ideas into value-added improvements.

  • Provide comprehensive training on Lean transformation philosophy and tools to machine operators and teams.

  • Drive and implement long-term strategies effectively.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as directed.

    Proficient background in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
