This is a rewarding role as you will be the first point of contact for our clients who are looking for assistance in helping them through what can be a difficult time.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

DUTIES 


  • Use of the firm’s case management systems in accordance with set procedures
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or other departments.
  • Be able to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and systems.
  • Maintain our case management records ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Any other duties which will support the New Business team when requested.

  • Has experience in data entry.
  • Can communicate well with colleagues and external clients both verbally and written.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work in a fast-paced environment.

CORE HOURS

 

34.5 hours per week plus 2 hours 15 minutes additional overtime (one late night finish per week of 7pm)

 

8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday - Thursday.

 

8.45am - 4.15pm on a Friday.

 

HYBRID WORKING

 

To begin with, the successful candidate will be based in our Glasgow office full time for a minimum of 6-8 weeks for training. Once training is complete, the applicant can move to hybrid working if preferred and would be allowed to work from home two days per week (subject to business needs).
