Licensee Attraction Manager

Our Licensee Attraction Managers (LAMs) are pivotal in achieving our mission to attract, target and engage with the best self-employed pub operators in the business.

With help from the Attraction Marketing team you will build a marketing campaign for your pub vacancies. You will then carry out screening interviews to make sure the candidates best make it through to the Business Development Managers.

You will build a strong social media presence and organise events. Building and maintaining a talent bank is also crucial to your success in this role.

There is some travel involved with attendance at regional meetings and days in trade., Heineken's Global Purpose is to "brew the Joy of True Togetherness to inspire a better world" and to fulfil this we believe in working closely with each other and collaborating f2f when we can. To enable this, we ask colleagues to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and one other day of the colleague's choice.
