Line Cook

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with our recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and maintain a clean and organized work area. Duties: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and customer preferences - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure high-quality and safe food preparation - Assist in supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes - Maintain inventory levels of food supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available for daily operations - Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes - Adhere to sanitation and cleanliness
