  • Comprehensive Support:

    • Participate in full induction, health & safety briefings, and training programs provided by the company to ensure proficiency in role responsibilities.

  • Flexible Shift Options:

    • Choose from a range of shift patterns, including standard day shifts and double day shifts, to accommodate personal schedules and preferences.

  • Machine Operative Role:

    • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues.
      • Maintain punctuality and adhere to designated shift schedules to ensure smooth operations.

  • Attention to Detail:

    • Maintain a keen focus on tasks and adhere to specific measurement requirements throughout the manufacturing process to uphold product quality and integrity.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery effectively and safely.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate work.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
