Full Job Description

  • Practical skills in identifying and/or carrying out minor repairs, i.e. basic plumbing skills and basic DIY experience

  • The successful candidate will need to have basic health and safety knowledge. Knowledge of Legionella disease is also desirable.

  • A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

  • Maintenance Operative

    Covering Glenfairn House, Racecourse Road, Ayr, Ayrshire and Howard House, 13 Howard St, Kilmarnock KA1 2BP

    £13.01 per hour (Pay rate effective from 1st April, 2024)

    Full or part time hours to cover 2 homes within the Ayrshire area.

  • Maintaining a safe and well-presented environment, you will carry out general maintenance in the home and its grounds
