Maintenance Person

As maintenance person at Mead Care, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance on the building and the grounds to ensure the the Home is maintained in a safe and efficient order. Where a third party has been authorised to carry out maintenance or repair work on the site, to arrange and oversee the work done by that of a third party to ensure it is to an acceptable standard of the home. On call responsibilities are also required. You must have previous experience in repairs and maintenance to a high standard, working knowledge of health and safety issues. This is a fast-paced environment, so you need to be organised but flexible, good communicator and hold a valid driving licence.
