Full Job Description

Kate's Kitchen is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Manager to manage and coordinate the delivery of its Community Hub in Annan, a town in Dumfries and Galloway in the South West of Scotland.
Kate's Kitchen is a friendly staff and volunteer run drop-in facility that operates as a café 4 days a week, providing support to its service users through in-house training, life skills or by signposting to other agencies, enabling clients and volunteers to achieve their full potential.
We also run our own Charity shop on separate premises, which acts as a training opportunity for our clients/volunteers, as well as generating income for the organisation. The post holder is responsible for both sites.
Our vision is "To alleviate social isolation, poverty, their causes and consequences within our community and, in so doing, recognise the value of EVERY individual."

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged people?

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? Are you enthusiastic and motivated? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Join us in our journey to empower individuals to achieve their full potential., Disability Confident

Potential candidates are invited to pop into Kate's Kitchen to see how the service operates, to meet the staff and chat to clients and volunteers.
