The Nightshift working pattern is Monday - Thursday 11.30pm -7.30am AND Sunday into Monday 12.00am - 7.30am during winter months .As well as Sunday into Monday 12.00am - 7.30am AND Monday - Wednesday 9.00pm -7.30am during summer months.

The Dayshift working pattern is Monday - Thursday 7.30am -3.30pm AND Fridays 7.30am -3.00pm

• A night working allowance of £21.60 per night applies to the permanent nightshift position


• Tool allowance - £15.75 per week.


• Standby Payment - £142.59 per week when on standby (it is a contractual requirement that chargehand mechanics and mechanics participate on a stand-by rota).
