Medical Receptionist

Fochabers Medical Practice 

Part-Time Medical Receptionist Monday/Thursday/Friday 19 hours 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our very busy and friendly Practice team in the picturesque village of Fochabers. You must be able to maintain a calm, controlled and  positive attitude in a demanding work environment. 

The post involves speaking with patients in person or on the telephone, dealing with their requests or queries in a helpful and efficient manner, as well as general office/administration tasks. We require you to have excellent IT skills, to pay attention to detail, be pro-active, be able to follow procedures/protocols closely and be able to demonstrate understanding and compliance with confidentiality. 

Primary Care experience would be desirable, however, full training will be given.  

Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave/sickness would be an advantage. 

Salary will be dependent on experience
