Full Job Description

+ Act as first point of contact for customers for patients. You will answer a serious of questions, prompted by EMIS and Docman to log information
+ Scan paper copies onto Workflow, a system that allows documents to be shared digitally
+ Manage diaries of clinicians via MS Outlook
+ Maintain company email inbox
+ Manage the practice website and handle enquiries
+ Provide social media updates with practice news and updates
+ Processing of prescription requests

+ Self-motivated
+ Have excellent communication skills
+ Have a proactive manner of working
+ Great attention to detail
+ Good basic comprehension of social media platforms
+ Good math and written communication skills, On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
