Building a sustainable tomorrow

BAM FM is currently looking for a Mobile Electrician to join our team covering the central belt of Scotland . Working 40 hours per week 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.

Your mission

Reporting directly to the Engineering Supervisor, you will be expected to take full responsibility for the building maintenance across several sites in and around the area. As part of this role, you will be required to work flexible hours and complete a variety of tasks related to this role to ensure the continued smooth operation of the FM business.

Your mission

  • Delivering PPM and reactive callouts to our clients with the addition of minor electrical installations.


  • Carrying out Electrical repairs, maintenance, and minor installations within Commercial properties.

  • Testing & Inspection, and fault finding of electrical equipment.

  • Ensuring all administration/certification related to repairs is correct.


  • Who are we looking for?

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.

  • 18th Edition.

  • City & Guilds 2391or equivelant inspection and testing (Desirable).

  • An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.

  • IPAF and PASMA are not essential but desirable.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Proactive approach.

  • Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.

  • Capable of completing essential paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Full UK Drivers licence.
