Mobile Roll-Out

Blue Arrow are looking for x4 Mobile Roll Out temporary workers to carry out a 6-month assignment. The first 12 weeks will be at a pay rate of 11.44 and as of the 13th week will be 15.55. You will work 35hrs over 5 days based out of the Glasgow City Centre office. This role will involve traveling around Scotland visiting different locations and spending up to 5 days at larger sites, overnight stays would be paid for with an allowance. A free travel pass will be issued to allow travel around the business.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Attending the company's HQ building for training on our new mobile devices and rollout plan.
* Travelling to the company's different locations in-line with the Mobile Roll Out plan.
* Assisting with the setup and handing over new devices to all the company's users.
* Assisting with any troubleshooting required - password resets, installing applications, logging into applications.
* Helping users navigate their new device.
* Supporting users to transfer their data over to their new device.
* Providing users with all information regarding their new device and phone number transfer.
