NQ Planning Solicitor

Are you a newly qualified solicitor keen to pursue a career within planning and environmental law? My client is currently looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh.

The firm are a large Scottish practice with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

You will manage a caseload consisting of contentious and non-contentious planning matters.

Advising on complex developments throughout Scotland to some of the largest organisations and landholders.

You can expect to work with private developers and housebuilders, Scottish Government, Transport Scotland and many more.

You will be working closely with partners, supporting them on larger transactions as well as managing your own caseload.

What the firm are looking for

• Trainee solicitor due to qualify this year.
• Experience within a reputable planning team, transferrable skills into planning law or a passion for planning law.
• Commercial awareness as you will be providing complex commercial advice to your clients.

You will receive first-class training from a highly regarded team in Scotland.
