Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist with the Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate will demonstrate skills required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and the ability to problem solve, plan and manage a busy caseload. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work autonomously with individuals within the community who have complex needs. The role includes timeous and accurate recording of information alongside meaningful intervention planning. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, experience of partnership working, assessment and maximising independent living skills. A working knowledge of rehabilitation, housing solutions, equipment and adaptations would be desirable. A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) are essential. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
