Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for our Fairburn Office on a full-time basis (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

As this is a varied position, you will require a good level of experience using Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word with a high level of accuracy, excellent communication and organisational skills along with good time management and overall administrative skills.

The post holder will be required to

  • General Administrative Duties

  • Answering and Forwarding Telephone Calls

  • Maintaining and Updating Spreadsheets

  • Keeping records of Staff Absence, Sickness and Update Staff Holiday Records

  • Ordering stock, Uniforms etc

  • Photocopying

  • Ad-hoc office duties when required

    PC literate with Microsoft packages: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong communicative and organisational skills: Written and Verbal

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team
