Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a 12 month fixed-term Administrator role to cover maternity leave and support our business. You will join a dynamic and busy team based in Glasgow. The role is office based.

What You Will Do

  • General office upkeep including managing stationery & supplies, deliveries, catering and cleaners

  • Ensure communal areas kept clean & tidy

  • Greet & host visitors

  • Organising post and courier requirements

  • Answer and allocate calls

  • Prepare and clear meeting rooms

  • Plan and organise team social events

  • Manage office credit card

  • Travel & accommodation booking

  • Administrative support to HR team

  • IT hardware management and set up

  • Executive Assistant duties including, diary management, expense and preparing letters, presentations & reports

  • Attending meetings as necessary in order to take notes, follow up on actions

  • Prepare meeting materials

    You will have experience of working in a professional office environment and supporting a team with a range of administrative tasks

  • You will be proficient in use of MS office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SharePoint

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Personable and approachable

  • Calm under pressure

  • Proactive and willing to act on own initiative

  • A team player, willing to provide support to all colleagues

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage a range of priorities

  • Good attention to detail

  • Require minimum supervision

  • Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
