Full Job Description

FinTech RS is working with a rapidly growing technical business as they look to bolster their team having created a new position for an Onboarding Manager to join the business. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer this role will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of our client's product and services. This role is pivotal for building, and maintaining, strong relationships with an expanding client portfolio.


Key duties:

  • Oversee the onboarding process. making sure everything goes smoothly and favourably in the end, from contract signing to roll-out and adoption success.
  • Arrange and oversee the onboarding process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; this includes determining the necessary hardware and data needs, as well as timetables, budgets, and major milestones.
  • Hold training sessions, product demos, internal and customer review meetings, and onboarding meetings.
  • Proactively remove obstacles that impede customers' objectives, such as poor product comprehension, inadequate implementation, support challenges, or gaps in customer knowledge.
  • Develop fresh onboarding strategies to promote standardisation and automatisation, which will enhance product uptake, training, and customer retention while fostering a favourable customer experience that will build a devoted clientele.
  • Support the engineering, product, and customer support teams with requests, problems, testing, and upcoming product releases.
  • Develop and organize product manuals, guides, films, and documentation to teach clients how to use best practices to get the results they want more quickly and effectively.

Candidates will ideally have experience in customer-facing roles within a SaaS environment. Candidate should also have onboarding, implementation, and project/delivery management experience. This role would suit someone who is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
