Partner with the best As an Operations Coordinator you will provide proficient and effective coordination, and support to the Workshop and Project Management teams. To coordinate and drive on time delivery targets for our customers. Ensuring accurate and timely updating of management systems to drive efficiency through the shop, reduce repair lead-times and reduce costs.As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Responsible for understanding and applying all HSE policies and requirements, to prevent injury to self or
others.Responsible for delivery of a maintenance/repair/refurbishment activity to the internal customer (project team), working across multiple functions (planning, engineering, procurement, quality control) to deliver in line with customer requirementResponsible for managing the repair/modification process through the ERP - visit, WO, operation managementResponsible for updating key stakeholders on progress and escalating where Baker Hughes is at risk of delivery or a quality issueResponsible for the management of lifting equipment and alignment with vendor that the lifting gear register is accurately maintained.Responsible for driving planning and coordination efforts to reduce repair lead-times through the workshop.Responsible for initiating OSP Requirements for any subcontractors.Responsible for assessing the financial impact and cost benefits of rework, replacement or substitution of tools or components.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate an
