You're a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.As an Operations Manager, you will:Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements.Support the General Manager with technical support and
