Full Job Description

As Operations Manager for the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site safety, health, and environmental matters, adhering to regulations, managing site efficiency, achieving key performance indicators, fulfilling joint venture commitments, and guiding the team at the site., Fostering and directing a culture committed to ensuring that all individuals return home safely each day.

- Leading successful everyday operations at site to achieve the business objectives, including a multi-disciplined team from SSE Renewables and third parties.

- Participating in the planning and budgeting to support the long-term integrity of the wind farm.

- Ensuring SSE Renewables is an involved member of the local community and sector, energetically contributing to the Just Transition and the path towards achieving Net Zero.

An intimate knowledge and clear experience of leading a safety culture.

- Experience in a high-intensity operations leadership role.

- A verifiable commitment to people and culture.

- A technical background is preferred but not essential.

- An understanding and knowledge of working in high-value contracts.
