In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient deployment of our offshore technicians and the seamless execution of field service operations.,

• Allocate offshore technicians to work scopes based on project requirements, skills, and experience


• Develop and organise the field service function for optimal service delivery


• Streamline processes to ensure the smooth operation of projects, both current and planned


• Cultivate a reputation for excellence with Claxton clients by delivering exceptional service


• Act as the primary point of contact for all offshore personnel regarding projects, travel, competence, and training


• Oversee logistics and ensure technicians have the necessary resources to complete their tasks


• Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks to maintain efficiency


• Implement and adhere to strict safety protocols


• Maintain accurate records and documentation


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for your team
  
  Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a field service or related industry


• Proven track record of successfully managing and allocating resources


• Excellent understanding of project management principles


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


• Proficient in project management software and experience with relevant technical systems a plus


• A valid offshore medical certificate and working knowledge of health and safety regulations
