About the role

Working as part of our Organisational Development team, you will provide expertise, leadership and advice on a range of tools and techniques designed to enhance organisational effectiveness through cultural change, building on organisational capability and capacity through people.

You will lead on projects and a range of development interventions, from initial contact through to the evaluation phase, contributing as an OD expert within project streams of larger, more complex programmes of work.

The Organisational Development team offer specialist bespoke support, and as such, you will design and facilitate a range of initiatives at development and team-based events (e.g. away days, planning, and teambuilding) for a broad range of organisational groupings – both professional services and academic – as well as for staff at a range of levels.

About you

If you are an inspiring OD Professional who is looking for a new opportunity, then we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of organisational development and learning and development including research, design, development and delivery of a variety of organisational development and learning and development initiatives. Identifying and implementing change initiatives linked to cultural and organisational change, ideally gained within a complex organisation, will be a key strength.

With knowledge of approaches to organisational development linked to cultural and organisational changes, and building and developing leadership and management capability, you will be able to think understand, synthesise and identify potential solutions via consultancy skills and consideration of the strategic context, people, change and desired outcomes.

You will have both the ability to act and think strategically, possessing natural gravitas and credibility, with exceptional interpersonal capability to influence at all levels within the organisation.

Please note that 2 positions are available. Both posts are full time (35 hours per week, Monday- Friday) and open-ended (permanent). Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.

Closing Date: 23:45 on Wednesday 22nd May 2024
