Full Job Description

As an OT Senior Product Analyst, youll support the Senior Product Owner and Centres of Excellence to translate DSO, Control Centre and Operational needs into high level technical specifications.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Leads on work alongside the Senior Product Owner to clarify requirements, to plan implementation and to answer queries through the development process.

- Presents complex business and technical concepts to customers at all levels of the organisation.

- Plans, prioritises, manages, executes and evaluates analysis work on multiple complex projects and/or critical projects.

- Prepares succinct reports, communications and presentations on complex business processes and progression that are tailored to different situations and audiences.

Deep experience and knowledge of enterprise Operational Technology systems and products.

- Experience in a similar senior Product Analysis role focused on supporting business critical/complex systems in a large organization with a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take ownership of any requests and issues from all interconnecting and interdependent workstreams and maintain quality of work.

- Accurately visualises and clearly articulates proposed solutions to business problems and drive broader business outcomes.

- Strong experience working in an agile environment and as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to take ownership of problems and requests and maintain quality of work even in a pressurised environment.
