Full Job Description
You'll make sure the hotel and facilities continue to meet the highest of standards.
You'll be hands-on, able to turn your hand to general day to day repairs such as painting, plumbing as well as power washing to name a few.
You'll speak to our guests every day, solving any little niggles they may have during their stay - always striving to exceed our guests' expectations
- Self-Starter - we want our people to feel motivated and supported
- Leadership - a natural leader- we want happy, confident, motivated teams
- Team focus - there are no egos here, just hard-working people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Ideas and openness - we're up for doing things differently and will try (almost) everything once
- Fun and easy to talk to - we're looking for personality, not a corporate clone
- Flexibility - there's no problem you can't fix
Peebles Hydro - 132 cool bedrooms to call basecamp
- Decleor and aromatherapy spa
- Pool, gym and sauna for low key days
- Large gin collection, in a greenhouse obviously
- Restaurants, café, lounge and bar to work your way around
- Onsite brewery, bees, ducks and a cherub - just because
- Activities and entertainment every day, rain or shine
- Bike zone for bike hire - go waaahh or ahhh
- Get muddy, then you know you had fun!
Another Hydro, but it's not like Crieff…. Peebles Hydro has 132 bedrooms and like many of her rooms, is firmly focused on the outdoors and making the most of what's on the doorstep. Kids activities might send them back a little muddy but they'll love meeting our bees, hens and chickens and can even learn to build a proper woodland den. Hire bikes from us and take in a gentle cycle or race down the trails at Glentress. Opt for a potter along the High Street and getting familiar with locally produced food and drink.
