Painter and Decorator

Due to continued growth within our Dundee office, we require experienced Decorators to work on a wide range of upcoming projects.

The main duties of the successful applicant will include:

• Working with various surfaces including wood, plasteboard and metal.


• Carry out a range of internal and external painting and decoration tasks in occupied and empty properties


• Liaise and work with other trades as and when required


• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner.


• Ensure all work is carreied out to a high standard.


• Liaise with customers and our in house team.
  
  The ideal candidates will be able to work to timescales, use their own initiative and provide customers with the highest standard of quality work. You must also have NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds qualifications (or equivalent) in your trade and possess:


• Previous experience in a similar role


• Full driving licence valid to drive in the UK


• Ability to perform painting and decorating duties to a high standard with an attention to detail


• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings


• Be committed and self-motivated, with very good organisational skills.


This position includes vehicle, uniform and full PPE along with attractive rate of pay, pension and paid holiday allowance.
