Part time cafe supervisor

We are currently looking a passionate supervisor barista to join our team to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day running of our cafe.

This role is very much hands-on with heavy involvement in daily running of the business working 20 hours per week on flexible rota which you will be deciding yourself.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Recruitment, training


• Cash handling, banking experience


• Managing social media platforms


• Stock orders and control


• Creating rotas, timesheet control


• Motivated to consistently deliver high standard food and customer service.
  
  Experience as a Barista in a high peace environment


• A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service


• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail


• A strong people person with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
