Harvey Nash's reputed client are looking for a People System Process Analyst to join their small but effective team. This position is based in Dundee and offers a hybrid work pattern with 2 days onsite a week and flexibility.

THE ROLE

As a result of a large digital transformation programme, the organisation are looking for someone who can fine-tune, develop and embed BAU processes related to their new HR system into the workforce.

  • Working with the Payroll, HR, People Systems and Technology Team to marry up business requirements with system delivery
  • Developing SME knowledge on the system and internal processes to become a system evangelist and champion
  • Train users in best practice on the system
  • Evaluating the impact of user requests versus business needs
  • Maintain documentation for existing processes and create documentation for new processes
  • Support the People Systems and Technology Team with testing new system functionality, releases and fixes
  • Working closely with the vendor to map out processes and discuss functionality
  • Maintain the test suite and coordinate the test environments
  • Work closely with the People Systems team to deliver excellent BAU service, identify new usage and problems

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this you role, you will need to have experience:

  • Working on People / HR / Payroll cloud systems e.g. Oracle, Sage, Cifr, Civica, OneUniversity, HiBob, iTrent, SAMpeople, EmployeeConnect etc.
  • Working in an implementation, post-implementation or continuous improvement environment
  • Analysing information from a variety of sources, prioritising key information and identifying deliverables
  • Ideally working in an operational capacity in HR and Payroll and/or HR and Payroll process mapping
  • Applying an analytical and logical approach to problems
  • Working collaboratively with your immediate team and surrounding teams
