Are you a highly organised administrative professional seeking a new role as a Personal Assistant?

Pettigrew Recruitment Group is delighted to be working alongside this local entrepreneur specialising in the luxury clothing industry who runs a range of businesses as they look to appoint a PA to support them with an increase in workload. This is a key appointment, one that will provide vital support to a busy business leader who often finds themselves travelling across the country and in need of a safe pair of hands back in the office ensuring everything runs smoothly.

They have a small but friendly office based on the south side of Perth, with plenty of parking and lots of facilities if you like to get out at lunchtime.

While no two days will be expected to look the same, typical duties can be summaries as the following:

• Management of Director’s diary.
• Managing email accounts, ensuring timeous flow of communication with suppliers and clients.
• Accompany the Director to a range of meetings across Scotland (flexibility with regards travel is essential).
• Organise staff travel when required.
• Handling calls from suppliers / customers.
• Processing of invoices.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a smaller office and thrives working on a 1:1 basis, someone who is highly organised, adaptable and works well at balancing competing priorities. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential as are a good understanding of Microsoft office and excel. Experience in the use of SAGE accountancy package is desirable but not essential.

Successful candidates would require a driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle as this position will require travel on occasion between business locations.
