Personal Assistant to the Director

At HMP Addiewell, we run the full prison operations which ranges from residential officers and other operational staff across the jail, integrated Facilities Management, rehabilitation services, resettlement programmes, education and skills development, vocational training, workshops and industries. Sodexo operate a number of prisons across the UK that rehabilitate those in our care, providing purposeful activity, employment, education, and support. We help prisoners to lead law-abiding lives in their community on release.Under the guidance and vision of a new passionate Director HMP Addiewell is facing into a new exciting chapter whilst ensuring that we meet Sodexo's high standards and those of our client; Scottish Prison Service. To support this vision the Director is now seeking an energetic, innovative and personable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive organisational, administrative and diverse business support to her and the senior leadership team.With proven experience of
