Personal Injury Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming enquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
• Assessing the validity of claims by means of undertaking investigatory research.
• Summarising legal documents and checking documents for accuracy.
• Preparing correspondence.
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, declarations, and form complaints.

What the firm are looking for

• Paralegal experience within personal injury or civil litigation.
• High degree of emotional intelligence.
• Team player.
