Personal Tax Manager (35 hours + paid overtime)

FinTech RS has been engaged by a well-known, established Chartered Accountancy firm to manage their recruitment process as they look to recruit a Personal Tax Manager to head up one of their tax teams here in the North-East. Our firm has a rich heritage, offering first-class advice and securing long-lasting relationships with a wide range of North-East businesses.

The Personal Tax Manager will be responsible for a team of 2 Tax Assistants. This role is a heavily client focussed role whilst the team is responsible for circa 1700 tax returns on an annual basis. Covering all sectors of clients, including tax-only clients offering various advice including tax planning.

Our client is offering this position on a 35-hour-a-week basis. Along with some strong soft benefits such as hybrid working, private health, pension, life insurance, income protection and so forth. Should the successful candidate work more hours than their contracted amount then said individual can choose to take these additional hours worked as paid over-time or time back in lieu.

Candidates will have an excellent tax background. Qualifications are beneficial but certainly not essential.
