We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.Partner with the bestOur Pipeline Account Project Manager is responsible for delivering all aspects of required scopes of work, from the sales team MSA/CONTRACT handover to the remittance of the invoice by working with the Operations team to develop the methodology needed to complete the preparation, deliver the work and close out final paperwork. This will involve
customer meetings, cost control, cost estimates, good organisational skills to enable trouble shooting and problem solving. Planning and reporting of orders.The role will be primarily based in Aberdeen but the responsibility will involve other UK clients. Other duties include supporting the sales team, development of staff through company competency system and the Operations team to deliver the work.As Pipeline Account Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Working independently, reporting to the Area Operations ManagerBeing the primary customer contact for the duration of each contract. Collaborating with other support functions to coordinate project deliveryDelivering pre-job briefing and ensuring familiarisation with the workscopesAll financial aspects of project management including the establishment of systems to regularly review costs, invoicing, cash collection and PO status. Maintaining Deal Machine with opportunities, close orders and trading dataCollaborating with sales
team to ensure contract renewal at the end of the contract periodUnderstanding and ensuring compliance with contractsResponding rapidly to technical and commercial queries from customers, shop, & field service personnelDeveloping and maintaining good customer relationships using solid communication skillsResolving problems post project closure to ensure customer satisfactionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a university degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering subject or multiple years relevant experience in industryHave extensive experience in Project Management and in Process and PipelinesHave Offshore experienceHave excellent safety attitudeHave full professional proficiency in EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
