the quotation process.Communicate promised delivery times to the Order Handler by reviewing IFS, stock holding and workshop capacity.Monitor material demand between production and service, ensuring that materials are allocated appropriately.Create shop orders in line with the production plan and IFS demand.Communicate any delivery date changes or issues with the Production Manager and Order HandlerCommunicate any material shortages or issues to the Purchasing department.Assist the Operations Team in LEAN and continuous improvement projects as required.Participate in the development and continuous improvement of operational processes and organisation.Any other reasonable duties at the request of line and senior management.work safely.Minimise waste and environmental impact where possible.Qualifications & ExperienceWell organised.Detail-oriented.Be numerate and have planning and analytical skills.Have appropriate IT skills.Behavioural CompetenciesStrong interpersonal skills to develop good
