Plumber

New Plumber role available - paying up to 34,000 + van + fuel card + plenty of overtime available!

Escape Recruitment are working in partnership with a Plumbing and Heating contractor who have a new vacancy available for a Plumber to join the mobile team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Clients are mainly working within a commercial environment across central Scotland - with additional travel all over Scotland and the north east of England.

Additionally; you will be required to work on the odd private domestic contract.

Duties include:

• Installation, service and repair of all mechanical and plumbing systems within commercial and domestic premises.
• Commercial / Domestic plumbing, repair, replacement and upgrades.
• Renovation of existing equipment, pipework and drainage.
• New build installations.
• Hot water system repairs, upgrades and replacements.
• Cold water booster set, maintenance, repair and installation.
• Cold water storage tank, repair, replacement and relining.
• Water Byelaws remedial works.
• L8 remedial works.
• Sanitary-ware repair, replacement and upgrades.
• Completing closed system sampling and testing.
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
• Comfortable working in a mobile FM based environment.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• SVQ Level 3 Plumbing or relevant equivalent.
• Any L8/ water related qualifications would be advantageous -but not essential.
• Ideally, you will be well versed working within a busy FM/ commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

Package:

• Salary: up to 34,000.
• Van + Fuel card.
• Overtime available.
• Holidays 30days.
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and 1 hour lunch.
