Practice Co-Ordinator

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a general practice supervisory role or evidence of working at this level. You will provide leadership and operational management to our administration team and excel in areas of staff motivation and development, negotiating, conflict management and decision making.

You will be required to have excellent working knowledge and skills in GP practice IT systems e.g. Vision and Docman. You should have previous experience of summarising patient notes, clinical coding, clinical data entry and workflow management. You must also have the ability to create Vision searches and extract and manipulate data from Clinical Audit.

It is important that you can work as part of a team and a degree of flexibility will be required with regards to work patterns. It is essential that you enjoy working with the public, have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly and welcoming manner. There may be a requirement to work across other 2C practices in Dundee should the need arise.
