Full Job Description

  • Cognizant is actively searching for a seasoned and highly skilled Digital Engineering Presales Director with UK public sector experience to join our team.

  • As a Presales Director, you will collaborate closely with our markets, business development teams and practice teams to understand client requirements and architect innovative solutions.


    • In the role of Presales Solution Director, you can expect to:
  • Design solutions for complex problems by driving the requirements discussions.

  • Conceptualise, design, develop and present the proposed solution, ensuring an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered.

  • Own response to RFP's, create high quality solutions and response documents.

  • Own the entire presales pursuit process, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as markets, delivery, service lines, and process teams in a global delivery model.

  • Exhibit knowledge and experience of the UK government sector's operational methods, the GDS service manual, and delivery model.

    Exceptional leadership skills, strategic acumen, and the capacity to forge robust relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Comprehensive technical and presales skills.

  • Profound knowledge of technologies and architectures.

  • A proven history of delivering successful solutions adhering to GDS standards.
