Work base: Dingwall or Portree
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £46,191 - £50,505 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist in the delivery of the development management function and in particular with the larger more complex planning applications predominantly within the Skye, Lochalsh & Wester Ross and wider area.

Requirements

Post qualification experience in a wide range of planning work, including
development management.

Full Membership of the RTPI.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
